She has taught in a variety of Corporations, small businesses, and in Colleges and Universities, and has taught as a full time faculty member for the John Molson School of Business (JMSB - Concordia University in Montreal) in their Business Management program. Ms Graham has also authored a variety of books and manuals, including the creation of standard processes, templates, and methodologies for a variety of firms. Ms Graham is an active member of itSMF and currently holds the Board position of VP Events.
