Ms Graham is an experienced instructor and course developer in building and developing management and business skills, in soft skills, project management (PM series, PMP), and in business analysis (BA series, CBAP) skills, as well as providing same for a variety of Registered Education Providers. She has taught in a variety of Corporations, small businesses, and in Colleges and Universities, and has taught as a full time faculty member for the John Molson School of Business (JMSB - Concordia University in Montreal) in their Business Management program. Ms Graham has also authored a variety of books and manuals, including the creation of standard processes, templates, and methodologies for a variety of firms.
Ms Graham is an active member of itSMF and currently holds the Board position of VP Events. She is also actively involved with PMI, and a current leader as an elected member of the PMI SOC Chapter Board of Directors, past Chair of the PMI SOC PMOLIG, and a Past Board Member of the PMOSIG and the Consulting SIG, and other components of PMI. Ms Graham has held several leadership roles on different component Boards, as well as participated and/or lead several other PMI Leadership committees, such as on the Awards committee and the French Verification Committee for the PMI PMBOK for the 2004 and 2008 editions.
Ms Graham holds an HBA, MBA, MCPM, the PRINCE2 Practitioner's certificate, the PMP, the ISO 27002 (Foundation in Information Security Management), the ITIL v3 Foundation certificate, the ITIL Service Manager Certificate (ITSM) v2, the ITSM v2-v3 Bridge Certificate, and has reached the ITIL Expert status.
